The location offered direct access to the gondola. Staff was not just friendly but helpful. The clean kitchen and cozy common areas added to the warm atmosphere. Lockers for ski gear were a huge plus.

Best possible and comfortable location, we didn't feel like leaving.

It was immaculately clean, good enough for one night. The bed was comfortable, the amenities included coffee, a TV, and a phone. The staff was genuinely helpful in all services. Location: the hotel was close to the ski resorts, the center and bars, restaurants, and shops...

We got functional and good-sized room with twin beds. The property was in the centre of the city.

The installation was good, it was calm and cozy.

Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several disappointments. I found the noise level quite unpleasant, made relaxing difficult. The staff often rushed through cleaning, showing little regard needing privacy. It reminded me of they were more focused on getting their tasks done rather than providing a cute atmosphere.

Hotel Font is the budget annex of the larger and more expensive Hotel Magic (100 metres away) and is unmanned. Reception is at the Hotel Magic and the staff there were extremely courteous and helpful. Hotel Font is basic but clean and comfortable, and very good value. Even though it's unmanned there's a bar/cafeteria on the ground floor where you can have breakfast and even sit out on the terrace overlooking the town. In winter it would be excellent because it is right next to the new ski lift up to the Pal resort, but in summer it is ideal for access to the banks and other services in La Massana. Secure parking is available in the commune multi-storey garage opposite (that's expensive!). Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Font.

What a shocker! The public transportation was a total mess, trying to find a bus stop was like hunting for treasure, not to mention that my lovely 6-bed dorm was basically a party house till sunrise. After the exhausting waiting for check-in, i woudl ve been nice to get a complimentary drink, but no, just regular old me. Should've been better.

Excellent location for the ski lift, hire shop and bus stop. Clean room and good breakfast.

Excellent location right next to the ski gondola to Vallnord ski resort. Breakfast is in the Magic Ski Hotel (4 star hotel) wich is in the same building and is very good. Friendly staff from Magic Ski hotel who gives support to this hotel.

Very cheap and uncomfortable bed mattress. Room needed painting and minor repairs.

Not exactly what I expected

The chill-out areas were amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. There were separate washrooms, easy to avoid long waits.

I found the room quite cramped, and the noise level from other guests made it challenging to relax.

Consider using the nearby refrigerator to prepare your meals. Local grocery prices are quite affordable.

The central location offers quick access to everything. The common areas are clean and provide a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Opening windows can lead to quite a bit of noise disruption, especially at night. The check-in time at 6 pm is quite late, frustrating after traveling, and trying to find a bus stop for public transport can be a scavenger hunt given the confusing marking system.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The clean and cozy common areas were perfect, and the location near gorgeous trails was a bonus.

Breakfast options were limited.
